Our whistleblower protection system

Compliance with laws, standards, rules and internal regulations enjoys the highest priority at corpuls. Only by acting in accordance with the law and displaying the requisite integrity will we protect our company, our employees and our business partners. Given that we see ourselves as a company with a keen sense of social responsibility and as a responsible member of society, we would like to offer whistleblowers the opportunity to report and communicate anonymously and thus guarantee them the greatest possible protection.

The whistleblower system has been established to receive specific indications of potential misconduct by employees. We will not take any action to identify anonymous whistleblowers who use our whistleblowing system in the proper fashion. For those affected, the presumption of innocence applies first and foremost, until any facts prove otherwise. All investigations are conducted with the utmost confidentiality. The information is processed in a fair and protected procedure.

In order for your report to be processed and investigated appropriately, it is important that the report is as specific as possible.

It is helpful if you consider the following five key questions in your report:

• Who? – Who is it about? Who is affected?
• What? – What has happened? Description of the facts
  
• When? – When was the incident?
  
• How? – How many times has it happened?
  
• Where? – Where did the incident take place?

As a whistleblower, please ensure that your descriptions can also be understood by people outside your field of expertise. For this purpose, it is helpful if you remain available for further questions.

The whistleblower system provides various channels that allow you to report potential employee misconduct or violations on the part of the company that require an investigation and – if necessary – a response from our company.
