10/01/2024

The long-standing sales and service partner “Riedel + Schulz Medizintechnik GmbH” will become part of “GS Elektromedizinische Geräte G. Stemple GmbH” (known also under the brand name “corpuls”). The location in Nuthetal, Brandenburg, will remail and all employees will be taken on.

“With our merger, we are setting the course for a successful future together” says Christian Klimmer, CEO of the medical technology company corpuls. “The resulting even stronger networking and integration of processes will enable us to make better use of our synergies, which will particularly benefit our customers. Joining forces will enable us to operate even more effectively in the market in the years to come and to become even stronger as a company overall.”

Location remains, all employees will be taken on.

This step will make Riedel + Schulz a subsidiary of corpuls. The Riedel + Schulz location in Nuthetal in Brandenburg will remain and corpuls will take on all employees. “Our team is in the best hands with corpuls. We have worked closely together in partnership since our foundation in 1992 and are aware of the huge potential of the company” emphasizes Jörn Schulz, one of the founders of Riedel + Schulz. For over 30 years, Riedel + Schulz, with its current 24 employees, was a sales and service partner of the Bavarian company. In 2008, corpuls became a shareholder.

The name "Riedel + Schulz" will be retained. The previous managing directors Jan Riedel and Jörn Schulz will ensure the successful transfer in a transition phase and then hand over management to corpuls Regional Sales Director DACH Markus Müller.
