Device-independent, collaborative ePCR
An Electronic Patient Care Report, or ePCR, enables the digital capture, documentation and transfer of all relevant patient data in the emergency medical services.
The intuitive corpuls.mission REPORT ePCR app gives emergency responders a flexible and transparent way to document missions.
REPORT is part of the corpuls.mission system platform, which combines live data transmission (LIVE), telemedical communication (CONFERENCE) and mission documentation (REPORT).
IndAPPendent
corpuls.mission REPORT can be accessed either through a web browser, for example by a tele-Medic, or via the corpuls.mission app on commonly used smartphones and tablets, whether iOS or Android. The documentation solution can be configured for all iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.
CollAPPorativ
corpuls.mission REPORT synchronises all data in real time and brings it together in a collaborative mission record. Each operational unit, such as an ambulance, patient transport vehicle or rapid response unit, can be added to an ongoing mission and view the records of all participating emergency teams. Additional units called to the scene can therefore access all existing data at the same time, even before they arrive. This gives everyone involved visibility of the complete mission data and ensures transparency across all entries. Changes to the mission record can only be made by the unit responsible for the relevant entry.
Switch devices and continue documenting
Emergency responders can also complete their documentation simultaneously on one or more devices. For example, the first entries can be made on a work phone while taking the patient’s medical history on scene. During transport, the crew can seamlessly continue the documentation on a second device, such as a tablet.
EMS-optimised workflow
corpuls.mission software is intuitive and easy to use, following established assessment and treatment frameworks such as ABCDE and SAMPLER. A range of standard templates is available, for example for ambulances, patient transport vehicles, rapid response units, emergency rooms and nursing care. These can be adapted and expanded as required.
Individually configurable
Users can make simple changes to the documentation interface themselves. The structure and scope of the input fields are defined in a JSON file. Once saved, any changes take effect from the next mission onwards.
Online and offline operation
By default, documentation is completed online first via a connection to the server located in Frankfurt. Entries are continuously synchronised across all devices over a network connection. If the connection is interrupted or network coverage is poor, information can still be entered offline and is temporarily stored locally. As soon as a device containing offline entries reconnects to the network, the documentation is updated with the additional information.
Flexible integration of third-party devices
corpuls.mission REPORT is compatible with a continuously growing range of medical and peripheral devices from other manufacturers. The seamless flow of information between connected devices reduces the documentation workload and improves data quality.
