08/13/2026New facility supports growth strategy
With the opening of its new site in Igling, Bavaria, medical technology company corpuls has laid important foundations for further growth. A total of 170 employees have already moved into the building, which is located on a site covering approximately 30,000 square metres. More employees are set to follow. With its new address, “Günter-Stemple-Straße 1”, corpuls is paying tribute to its company founder and his life’s work.

The Bavarian medical technology companies corpuls and cosinuss° are joining forces: corpuls is acquiring Munich-based Cosinuss GmbH. With its pioneering technology for innovative in-ear sensors designed for mobile vital parameter monitoring, cosinuss° will expand the corpuls product portfolio. The cosinuss° site in Munich will remain in operation, and all employees will be retained by corpuls, headquartered in Kaufering.

The long-standing sales and service partner “Riedel + Schulz Medizintechnik GmbH” will become part of corpuls. The location in Nuthetal, Brandenburg, will remain and all employees will be taken on.

corpuls is taking an important step towards the future with its new build in Igling, Bavaria. The symbolic groundbreaking ceremony for the future-focused project, with which the company is laying the foundation for further growth, has taken place on the site measuring almost 30,000 m². The first employees are expected to move in here at the end of next year.

GS Elektromedizinische Geräte G. Stemple GmbH (also known under the brand name “corpuls”) has received MDR certification for its corpuls3 and corpuls3T defibrillators. The medical technology company's devices, which can be divided into three modules, meet the very stringent requirements of the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR). Thus, making corpuls a leading provider of a future-proof, MDR certified telemedicine solution.
